For the last 10 years, I have been actively developing agricultural facilities. I am experienced in marketing agricultural properties for sale, as well as helping buyers find the right property for their needs. My experience in the development world includes marketing real estate, project management and scheduling, budget creation and oversight, and working with customers to strategically execute their plans and objectives.
Prior to that I spent 5 years with a progressive cattle feeding and futures marketing business. While there, I managed the bookkeeping for their ranches and assisted their decision makers in daily operations and management of 12 various entities. My prior work experience also includes developing appraisals and event planning.
To be successful in agriculture, it is essential that you are smart, innovative, results driven, resourceful and develop strong business relationships. This was instilled in me at an early age growing up on a feedyard and farming operation in Eastern Colorado. My passion for agriculture and growing our agricultural community is not merely a motto or philosophy – it is my way of life and the legacy of the generations before me.
My husband Jon and I currently reside with our two daughters in Greeley, CO where we own and operate several agricultural support businesses.
